If you receive a damaged/faulty product please contact Surface Components for assistance within 30 days of purchase.
We offer an exchange process in case you have an issue with your order. For example – wrong size ordered, with shipping cost by the consumer.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If you have received something different from what you ordered, you must notify Surface Components within 30 days of purchase to receive a replacement free of charge once the incorrect product has been returned to Surface Components.
For any returns/refunds the product must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging with tax invoice included as proof of payment.
Products not meeting the above criteria will not be considered eligible for returns/refunds.

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. Shipping costs - Shipping costs via Australia Post will be calculated individually at the checkout point once delivery details have been provided.
