If you receive a damaged/faulty product please contact Surface Components for assistance within 30 days of purchase.

We offer an exchange process in case you have an issue with your order. For example – wrong size ordered, with shipping cost by the consumer.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.  

If you have received something different from what you ordered, you must notify Surface Components within 30 days of purchase to receive a replacement free of charge once the  incorrect product has been returned to Surface Components.

For any returns/refunds the product must be unused and in the original undamaged packaging with tax invoice included as proof of payment.  

Products not meeting the above criteria will not be considered eligible for returns/refunds.  

Sales items are not eligible for returns/refunds. .

When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will replace the product. If we are unable to replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us.

Order processing times - After an order is placed, your order will be processed for shipping within 24 hours, excluding weekends and/or Public holidays. If orders are received after 3pm they will be processed the next business day.

Shipping costs - Shipping costs via Australia Post will be calculated individually at the checkout point once delivery details have been provided.  

Instore pick up available free of charge - at Shed 3/34 Allen Street Moffat Beach 4551. Please ensure your order has been processed and a pick up time has been confirmed by Surface Components.

Where do we deliver? We deliver to metro and regional locations Australia wide.

How do I track my order? When we have dispatched your order, we will send you an email with shipment details to let you know its on its way.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered? If your order is in stock in most cases it will be delivered withing 2-4 business days.
